Fenugreek Seeds
Fenugreek seeds are rich in protein and in some cultures both the leaves and seeds are consumed as a food. In a variety of ethnic cuisines, the seeds are used whole or ground up as a seasoning and are commonly found in curry powder. Use to season savory meats, such as chicken or pork, and vegetables. Start out with a small amount because too much will cause a bitter taste.
