Yeast Free - Caffeine free
Yeast infections do not pose a serious health risk but can cause a great deal of discomfort and irritation. Contrary to popular belief, yeast infections affect anyone from children to adults, BOTH men and women. Yeast is a microscopic fungi that lives in the human body. The most common type of fungi responsible for yeast infections is ‘Candida Albicans.’ The Candida yeast is always present on healthy skin and in the body, but triggers the onset of an infection from an overgrowth of the yeast due to dietary imbalances. This can only be prevented by a healthy immune system and keeping competing microorganisms like ‘good bacteria’ (ex: Lactobacillus acidophilus) in our gut. A weakened immune system or any disease that weakens the immune system will intensify yeast infections. Eat a diet high in vegetables and some fruit, to improve overall health and immunity. Avoid processed, carbohydrate rich and fatty foods and steer away from foods made with refined flour and especially sugar as the yeast fungi thrive and feed off sugar. Stay hydrated and drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. Increase your intake of yogurt (with a low sugar content) that contains Lactobacillus acidophilus.

Sage is a natural blood purifier useful for detoxification purposes. Sage is also a powerful anti-viral, anti-oxidant, and parasiticide, which helps expels parasites from the body. Red Raspberry contains anti-viral properties to help fight viral diseases. It is rich in vitamins and minerals to help build up your immune system. Calendula is effective for healing membranes like the colon, stomach, liver, and gums. It has anti-bacterial and anti-viral, as well as immune-stimulating properties.
