Yucca’s root has a high content of ‘saponins,’ natural substances similar to steroids such as cortisone. Yucca reduces inflammation of the joints.

- Ingredients: Prickly Ash Bark, Pau D’ Arco, Burdock Root, Wild Lettuce, White Willow Bark, Rosemary, Oat Straw, Yucca, Vanilla Rooibos, Peppermint, and Ginger Root. HERBAL DECOCTION: Place 1 ¼ cup of water in pan with 1½ tsp. roots, heat slowly and simmer covered for 10-15 minutes. The longer you simmer the herbs, the stronger the tea will be. Strain into a cup and serve. **Drink 3 cups daily.
