Ligustrum Fruit (Niu Zhen Zi). This herb is used for Liver and/or kidney yin deficiency - dizziness, floaters, weak knees and back, tinnitus, premature graying of hair. It clears deficient heat, improves vision in patients with liver and/or kidney deficiency. Contraindications: DO NOT USE in cases of diarrhea due to spleen and stomach deficiency leading to cold. ALSO USE CAUTION in cases with Yang deficiency. Dosage: 4-15g
