L-Lysine is an essential amino acid, one of 20 amino acids necessary for protein creation and
the growth of healthy bodies. Only ten (10) amino acids are produced by the human body, the other 10 are known as the 'esential' amino acids because humans must consume them for good
health. Amino Acid deficiencies can cause a degradation of our internal cells and lead to huge problems. L-Lysine has incredible benefits ranging from treatment of cold sores to helping reduce
anxiety. It is critical in the creation of carnitine, which converts fatty acids into energy and lowers
cholesterol. L-lysine helps the body form collagen which aids in the growth and maintenance of bones and connective tissue, including the skin, and increases the absorption of calcium.
L-Lysine has been shown to decrease the outbreaks of herpes viruses; assist in destroying cancer cells; and is shown to reduce stress and anxiety. Research has shown that it assists
in balancing the symptoms of schizophrenia; improves nerve and muscle strength; helps prevent
and heal 'Leaky Gut' and and suppresses pancreatitis.

Each capsule contains 1000 mgs of L-lysine free form (as L-lysine HCI)  Directions: Take (1)
capsule up to two (2) times daily, on an empty stomach.
