- Ingredients: Tummy Tea, Cinnamon Chips, Marshmallow, Poke Root, Slippery Elm, Witch Hazel, Cinnamon Powder, Electrolyte Tea, and Psyllium Husk Powder. **Tummy tea: Chamomile, Marshmallow Root, Chinese Cinnamon Bark, Dandelion Leaf & Root, Skullcap, Safflower, Coriander, and Fennel. **Electrolyte tea: Alfalfa Leaf, Dandelion Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Parsley Leaf, Red Raspberry, Lemon Verbena, and Spearmint. HERBAL INFUSION: Bring water to a boil and turn off heat. Add 1 tsp. herb per 1 cup of water. Let sit covered for 10 minutes before straining.
