Gumar gum is used as a thickener, emulsifier and firming agent in baked goods, jams jellies, soups, salad dressings, sauces, surups, juices and dairy products. Use as 1/2 teaspoon per cup of liquid.
Safty Guidlines: This herb should be ingested only with adequate liquid. Not for use by person with bowel obstruction.
