Dandelion Root (Roasted) Tea
Dandelion Root may be used as a caffeine-free coffee substitute. Dandelion coffee is very popular in Britain and in many European countries. To use by itself, use 1 T. granules per 1 cup of water. You can use the perk method to brew or pour boiling water over the mixture in an open pot. To use in combination with coffee, you can add 1 T. granules of Dandelion to 2 T. of ground coffee.
