Cajun Blackening Season Blend
A spicy, New Orleans-style blend used as a rub for cooking blackened meat dishes as well as in classic gravies and Creole dishes. Onion, garlic, paprika, chili peppers, fennel, black pepper, thyme, lemon peel, oregano, white pepper, red pepper, silicon dioxide (an anti-caking agent), and citric acid.
