BILBERRY (Vaccinium myrtillus) aka -  Blueberry, Huckleberry

The dried berries of Bilberry are primarily used for their astringent qualities in the treatment of dysentery and diarrhea. Bilberry improves blood circulation by increasing the ability of fluids and nourishment to pass through veins and to capillaries. Bilberry is a beneficial herb to use during pregnancy. It can be a strong but gentle astringent and will fortify vein and capillary support; aids in kidney function and is a mild diuretic used for relief from bloating.
