Arthritis Support Tea

Ingredients in Arthritis Support Tea: Blueberry Rooibos, Muscle Joy Tea, Bupleurum, Yucca Root, Burdock Root, Bilberry Leaf, Bilberry Berry, White Willow, Devil’s Claw, Rosehips, Ashwagandha, Hibiscus, and Ginger Root. Ingredients in Muscle Joy Tea: Astragalus Root, Siberian Ginseng, Oatstraw, Oat Heads, Feverfew, Rosemary, Cinnamon, Ginger, White Willow, Rhodiola, Calendula, Rescue Remedy, and Cayenne. HERBAL DECOCTION: Place 1 ¼ cup of water in pan with 1 ½ tsp. roots, heat slowly and simmer covered for 10-15 minutes. The longer you simmer the herbs, the stronger the tea will be. Strain into a cup and serve.
