Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Grilling with this easy marinade makes your shrimp so delicious. You won’t even need cocktail sauce. Your family and friends will just love it!

INGREDIENTS

  • ⅓ cup olive oil

  • ¼ cup tomato sauce

  • 3 tablespoons of Rosemary’s minced garlic

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 3 tablespoons Rosemary’s basil leaf

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon Rosemary’s cayenne pepper

  • 2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 6 skewers

    DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Stir together olive oil, tomato sauce, garlic, and red wine vinegar in a large bowl. Season with basil, salt, and cayenne pepper.
Step 2
Add shrimp to the bowl; stir until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring once or twice.

Step 3

Preheat the grill to medium heat. Lightly oil the grate.

Step 4

Thread shrimp onto skewers, piercing once near the tail and once near the head. Discard marinade.
Step 5

Cook shrimp on the preheated grill until opaque, 2 to 3 minutes per side.

Step 6

Serve hot and enjoy!
