If your order is received with any notable shortcomings or incorrect product items, we will gladly make it right. Please contact us (575-257-0333) immediately, we will send you the correct items with no further shipping charges. All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise requests must be made within 30 days from the delivery date of your order. Any requests for compensation, remediation or store credit will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date of your order.
For safety reasons, once items are shipped and out of our control, we cannot accept returns.
